The various quality and price levels are divided into the categories Gutswein, Ortswein, Lagenwein and wines with residual sweetness and sparkling wines.
Our wines are quality or predicate wines, contain sulphites and were produced without the use of animal fining agents.
Since we want to avoid superfluous chemical interventions and bottle some wines unfiltered, there may be a slight depot in the bottle. These are cream of tartar (crystallized tartaric acid) or yeast, which have no negative effects on the quality of the wine.
