Our wines

GUTSWEINE are the uncomplicated ambassadors of our estate. ORTSWEINE show the characteristics of the unique soils and are created from hand-picked grapes. LAGENWEINE are made from carefully selected grapes from our best vineyards. Thanks to maceration, natural fermentation and lees aging they are complex and mature beautifully. BIRD wines are young and wild like the winemaker Jeremy Bird-Huff.

Sparkling wine and grape juice

Our sparkling wines are just delightful. The Sekt is traditionally bottle fermented and the ProsEkki with added CO2 is just fun.

Our fresh grape juice from our own grapes is the best non-alcoholic choice.
